Position

As an E-Commerce Integration and Support Specialist, your role is to offer technical, functional, and product support for Merchant Acquiring E-commerce Business in a seamless and error-free manner. Key deliverables include managing new merchant integration with Gateways, merchant onboarding, project support, BAT, and training merchants. You will also provide post-integration support and services for existing merchants, with the role driven under pre-defined SLA which shall be measured against individual performance.
