We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) In Process Quality/Test Engineer. The E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Process Engineer will be responsible for designing new e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) equipment, as well as improving current equipment and processes at the company. This role involves close collaboration with Manufacturing Operation teams, Logistics, Manufacturing and Product Engineering, New Product Introduction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) process is properly designed and implemented.

You Will:
- Be responsible for the execution of E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) new launch activities, ensuring that all operational readiness requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Process requirements, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure the readiness of equipment, tools, and materials for the smooth launch of E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) operations.
- Identify, trial, and implement any new tools, equipment and processes that could improve safety, quality and production efficiency.
- Develop and implement training programs for production teams.
- Conduct real-time inspections of components like stators, rotors, windings, cooling systems, and connectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a focus on E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) quality/testing experience preferred.
- 7+ years of E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Process Engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven engineering experience in e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) processes and equipment.
- Strong understanding of e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) processes and operations, with excellent knowledge.
- Proven experience in managing new product launch, including cross-functional coordination and resource management.
- Fluent in English.
