CO+I manages one of the world’s largest cloud infrastructures, powering the company's online products and services and driving its "Cloud First" mission. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, driven, and enthusiastic about utilizing the company's technology, particularly Power BI, along with strong skills in data analysis and storytelling. Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Manage schedules for regional metro areas; maintain trackers, checklists, and action logs.
- Execution Tracking & Governance: Follow up on deliverables and ensure RMR readiness and governance hygiene.
- Communication & Reporting: Produce weekly execution updates, draft meeting recaps, and prepare slides and dashboards for forums.
- Risk & Issue Visibility: Identify, document, and track risks/issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Data, Metrics, and Insights: Create Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights and perform comprehensive data analysis.
- Innovation & AI Enablement: Leverage AI solutions, including the company's Copilot, to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
- Utilization of the company's Technology: Create and distribute dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management: Contribute to cross-team projects and execute aspects of larger programs.
- Security & Compliance: Serve as the Security Champion for E2E and promote compliant practices.
Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
- Experience in technology or datacenter domains, ideally with an engineering background.
- Proficient in data analysis, data storytelling, and Power BI.

Preferred:
- Experience in program or operations management in complex environments.
- Strong executive-level written communication skills.
- Highly organized with proactive follow-through.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and cross-functional forums.
Background Requirements:
Candidates must be able to meet the company's security screening requirements, including the company's Cloud background check, required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
