In this role, the Early Career Trainee - Application Engineering will engage in business development of the GA Market, focusing on product prequalification, competitor analysis, and understanding the GA market. The ECT Technical Application Engineer will provide L2 technical support and foster customer relationships with clients in Utilities and Oil & Gas, alongside participating in technical sessions and marketing efforts within KSA. The position involves close coordination with the company's sales, engineering, and service teams and will report to the GA Lead Technical Applications Engineer. This is a 12-month role located in Al Khobar, Riyadh SA.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical sessions for marketing and create opportunities based on installed base and market information.
- Provide L2 technical application support, address technical queries, and develop customized solutions for clients.
- Assist with product promotions, approvals, and other marketing activities, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
- Support the investigation and resolution of product problems and major non-quality issues reported by customers.
- Collaborate with the Tendering team to address technical and commercial requirements, supporting management during contract negotiations.
- Monitor commercial channels and market trends, enhancing awareness of GA solutions and tracking competition and customer specifications.
- Stay informed about product obsoletions and new product availability, providing customer support accordingly, and overseeing firmware updates and product feature changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience.
- Fluent in English, with the legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.

- Experience in Automation products and the Grid Automation field is advantageous.
