Early Career Trainee (ECT)

The Early Career Program is a 24-month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience. A Long-Term Internship at the company is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career. As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at the company, you will gain hands-on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering and Maintenance, and Repair Operations. At the company, you won’t just dream the future, you’ll help us build it.

As an ECT Trainee at the company, you will be assigned to support projects across different functions on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering. We are looking for recent graduates or graduates with less than 1 year of experience who are passionate about the Aviation Industry. Desired characteristics include a passion for learning, the ability to self-teach and inquire, strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and strong interpersonal skills to work across culture and manage conflict effectively.
