Essential Responsibilities

  • As an ECT Trainee at the company, you will be assigned to support projects across different functions on a rotational basis.
  • As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program, to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering.
  • Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about the Aviation Industry.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with quantitative data from multiple sources.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and slide preparation.
  • Effective communication skills, able to simplify complex data and craft clear, concise messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably deliver on commitments.
  • Knowledge of and/or passion for aviation and interest in the airline and aircraft leasing industry are strong pluses.
  • Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and inquire.
  • Curiosity, learning mindset, and willingness to build understanding of aircraft lessors’ business models and priorities.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work across culture, diversity and manage conflict effectively.
