Early Career Trainee (ECT)

The Early Career Program is a 24-month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience. A Long-Term Internship at the company is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career. As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at the company, you will gain hands-on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering, and Maintenance and Repair Operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• As an ECT Trainee at the company, you will be assigned to support projects across different functions on a rotational basis.
• As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program, chosen based on business priorities at the time.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering.
• Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about the Aviation Industry.

• Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and inquire.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work across cultures, diversity, and manage conflict effectively.
