Early Career Trainee (ECT)

The Early Career Program at the company is a 24-month initiative designed to challenge you and provide valuable work experience. This Long-Term Internship is demanding yet rewarding, equipping you with the necessary tools to accelerate your career. As an Early Career Trainee (ECT), you will gain hands-on experience in key areas of Aviation Operations, including Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering, and Maintenance and Repair Operations.

As an ECT Trainee at the company, you will support projects across various functions on a rotational basis. Throughout the traineeship, you will assume increasing responsibilities, eventually leading a specific customer engagement as the program progresses.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Engineering sciences, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or candidate with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (technical reporting). Experience with Power BI/SharePoint for developing automated dashboards to visualize regional shop performance.

• Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and inquire.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
