As an ECT Trainee at the company, you will support projects across various functions on a rotational basis. Throughout the traineeship, you will assume increasing responsibilities, eventually leading a specific customer engagement as the program progresses.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Engineering sciences, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or candidate with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (technical reporting). Experience with Power BI/SharePoint for developing automated dashboards to visualize regional shop performance.
Desired Characteristics:
- Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and inquire.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
