Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination of bids, proposals, RFQs, and related commercial documentation
- Assist with proposal intake and help ensure required information is complete before work begins
- Compile, format, and organize input from Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, and technical teams into standard proposal templates
- Support preparation of quotations, RFQs, RFP responses, and Statements of Work through document coordination and submission readiness
- Maintain proposal folder structures, document libraries, templates, and version control practices
- Track proposal milestones, deliverables, and action items to help support on-time submissions
- Help prepare and submit RFP documentation through customer websites, supplier portals, and other online submission systems
- Maintain data quality, completeness, and consistency across CRM and other applicable business systems
- Support maintenance of standard proposal content, including templates, resumes, case studies, and standard language
- Help generate trackers, reports, and status updates for ongoing proposal and commercial activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve proposal quality, data integrity, and process efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or Up to 2 years of experience in proposal support, commercial operations, sales support, project coordination, or/and administrative operations or a related domain
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to organize and present information clearly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
