About the Role
The Early Career Training program is a 6-12 month initiative designed for young talents, aimed at investing in fresh graduates who meet criteria to undertake their traineeship within a the company business. This program provides an opportunity for trainees to develop general skills while gaining on-the-job knowledge and technical experience. The duration of the traineeship is flexible based on business requirements and will focus on enhancing understanding of relevant concepts, methods, and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Support tendering activities.
- Complete the corresponding tendering documents and cost calculations as per the requirements of the bidding documents in a timely manner.
- Prepare Estimate Analysis Sheet (EAS) and offers to align with price/market price data wherever possible, in coordination with the Sales team.
- Initiate workflows for the booking process.
- Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions, and processes.
- Organize communication and collaboration with supplying units and PLs’ regional organizations such as GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D, and with other the company units including Power, Hydro, and Renewable.
Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
- Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.
- BS in Engineering – Electrical or a related engineering background preferred.
- Active listener with strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive individual with a high level of integrity.
- Committed to achieving project goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team player with effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
