You'll join the FINPRO (Financial and Professional Lines) MENA team in Dubai's DIFC - the beating heart of Middle Eastern financial services. Over the next 12 months, you'll:
- Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products including Directors and Officers (D&O), Cyber, Professional Indemnity (PI), Crime, and Surety insurance
- Understand how broking and placement work in real market conditions
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region
- Work alongside experienced industry professionals who are invested in your development

We will count on you to:
- Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
- Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement
- Support broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers
- Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy
- Participate actively in training and development programs
What do we look for?
- UAE National (with family book)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional background)
- A solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles
- Strong communication skills in English - you'll be representing us to clients
- A results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What makes you stand out?
- Demonstrated interest in insurance, financial services, or risk management
- Prior internship or exposure to banking, finance, or insurance sectors
- Arabic language skills
- A genuine curiosity about the insurance market and how it shapes regional business

Hybrid Work Commitment
We are committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections, and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
