Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Review the MRS
- Develop the DASS MD specification
- Design and build ECM MD
- Analyse and assess PFA data
- Provide ABG input to the Operations section
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures
- Carry out any further functions requested by the RSAF
Job Requirements
- High level of interpersonal skills to coordinate diverse activities and the ability to communicate, influence, and direct the decision-making process at all levels.
- Experience in gaining the confidence of a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
- Practical experience in the development and delivery of engineering solutions.
- Holder of a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Experience in the development and application of engineering processes.
- Experience in Aerospace Systems and Support activities.
- Knowledge of Aeronautical and Defense Company/Industry (ideally a minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years’ experience) involved in diverse engineering projects.
- Qualified Instructor (Air or Ground) preferable.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications.
