Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage OTI platform operations for ecommerce and marketplace integrations.
- Coordinate system integrations between internal and external platforms (POS, ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, etc.).
- Support API integration processes (no API development required) and collaborate with backend developers and vendors for smooth data flow.
- Act as a Technical Project Coordinator, ensuring timely delivery of integration milestones and system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — business, IT, and operations — to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Maintain system documentation, integration flow diagrams, and user acceptance testing reports.
- Support ongoing platform enhancements and coordinate between internal stakeholders and third-party providers.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, performance monitoring, and issue escalation procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace, Hospitality, or Tourism industries.
- Proven experience with OTI Ecommerce platforms or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, backend workflows, and API management/support.
- Prior experience in technical project coordination or integration roles.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently.
- UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join within a short notice period.

Contract Duration: 9 Months (Renewable)
