About the Job:
Steer Studios (formerly Savvy Games Studios) is dedicated to creating high-quality games for international audiences and developing the Saudi gaming sector. As an Economy Designer, you will collaborate with a talented team in Riyadh, amongst both global gaming experts and passionate local professionals. Your role will involve designing and balancing the game economy, creating simulations and models, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the seamless integration of economy systems.

Work Conditions:
On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and balance the game economy.
• Create simulations and models for testing and optimizing game economies.
• Produce detailed balance sheets and reports to analyze and improve the game’s economy.
• Analyze player data to identify areas for improvement.
• Understand game KPIs to optimize game balance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market research.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Economy design for mobile games, with at least one released title.
• Strong understanding of the Free-to-Play (F2P) market.
• Proficiency in creating and optimizing complex economy simulations.
• Advanced skills in Excel and a solid background in math/statistics.
• Understanding of player psychology and behavior.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• A passion for video games.
