ECT Trainee

As an ECT Trainee at the company, you will be assigned to support projects across different functions on a rotational basis. Throughout the traineeship, you will take on greater responsibilities, ultimately assuming a lead role in a specific customer engagement based on business priorities.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Generate actionable insights by creating and managing digital dashboards in Spotfire, Salesforce, or equivalent environments, linking data from various business databases.
• Support the regional Customer Support team with process improvements, including updating SOPs.
• Assist the regional customer support team with customer fleet management actions, focusing on reliability and fleet stability.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering.
• Recent graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience, passionate about the Aviation Industry.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications, data integration, and dashboard tools.
