In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and administering Informatica Axon Data Governance, which includes managing domains, operating models, roles (Data Owner/Steward/Custodian), governance policies, and workflow approvals. You will design and implement business glossaries, critical data elements (CDEs), policies, standards, controls, and stewardship processes, while driving governance routines and defining workflows to ensure auditability.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and managing Informatica EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) scanning, metadata ingestion, classification, and catalog curation.
- Collaborating with data engineering, ETL, BI, security, and architecture teams to onboard new platforms and datasets into the catalog.
- Providing L2/L3 SME support for production issues, upgrades, performance, and enhancements.
- Conducting user training sessions for business and technical teams to drive governance and catalog adoption.
- Building dashboards/metrics to track catalog coverage, glossary completeness, stewardship effectiveness, and lineage availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Axon Data Governance and Informatica EDC.
- Proven capability in data governance implementation, business glossary setup, stewardship models, and workflows.
- Experience with metadata management, data cataloging, classification, and end-to-end lineage.
- Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, SQL fundamentals, and enterprise data ecosystems (DW/Lake/Lakehouse).
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies/standards, and operating models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (business and technology).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica MDM, and Informatica Cloud/Data Integration.
- Knowledge of banking/BFSI domain, regulatory and compliance considerations.
