Elastic Technical Lead

About the job
Accountable for the following:

• People technical management
• Provide guidance and technical support to their team
• Provide feedbacks and training to team members
• Support the management of KPIs and KQIs during for ELK Platform related items
• Support Incident Management Process for ELK Platform related items
• Drive Continuous Service Observability/visibility Improvement
• Help project manager with daily technical tasks
• Work closely with the Enterprise and lead architects
• Responsible for the completion of the technical tasks assigned to teams

Qualifications

• ELK platform knowledge
• Monitoring and Observability knowledge
• Experienced with other monitoring tools e.g. Dynatrace, BMC, Solarwinds
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Payment and Banking systems
