Job Description
- Processing received orders in collaboration with the CRM and Process control team.
- Preparation, submittal, and follow-up of GAD, Critical Documents, and technical files with customers.
- Tracking of issued Purchase Orders by Procurement Department related to confirmed Job Orders.
- Monitoring the schedule of receiving material and delivery.
- Tracking the release of related invoices to the customers.
- Attending SAT and conducting quality inspections to confirm compliance of products before delivery to customers.
- Assisting in the execution of Electrical and Instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects.
- Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and project documents.
- Supporting the installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Coordinating with site supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting any technical issues to senior engineers.
- Participating in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensuring compliance with ADNOC, client, and company quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Assisting in preparing technical reports, material requisitions, work schedules, and project documentation.
- Supporting troubleshooting and maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Maintaining project records, calibration certificates, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation systems, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, NEC, ISA, and ADNOC requirements is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and engineering documentation.
