Key Accountability Areas

Responsibility:
- Review project electrical documents, including methodology, quality assurance procedures, engineering, and construction time schedules.
- Prepare and review technical submittals such as design specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, third-party inspections (TPIs), and risk assessments for compliance with client, authority, and end-user requirements, as well as relevant local and international standards.
- Oversee and inspect site installation work daily, witness tests, identify non-compliance with construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures.
- Coordinate daily with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document, and report quality issues of work performed by subcontractors, providing and suggesting corrective actions.
- Ensure that all construction activities run smoothly on-site and review progress.
- Conduct technical meetings and maintain constant communication with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.

- Maintain quality standards for all electrical activities in accordance with the project quality plan.

- Train subordinates and form an effective team to accomplish work tasks.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their roles.
- Delegate responsibilities among subordinates in their respective assignments.
- Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation among subordinates.
- Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within budgeted costs and set timelines.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
- Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control processes, including specifications for products, processes, and related activities.
- Coordinate aligned written systems, policies, and procedures while seeking opportunities for automation.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
