Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on-site, ensuring work meets design specifications and UAE electrical codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Manage and mentor electrical teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with other trades and project stakeholders to ensure seamless MEP integration and project progression.
- Document all site activities, including daily reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize project delays.
- Maintain organized records of materials, equipment, and labor for accurate project tracking.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations to project management and clients.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering with at least 3 years in site supervision or project management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, standards, and construction regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems, power distribution, and installation practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
