Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising the construction of Electrical infrastructure works and associated items.
- Act on behalf of the Resident Engineer during their absence.
- Coordinate activities with other engineers and construction supervision team members.
- Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, and correspondence related to the utility section.
- Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for issue resolution.
- Maintain daily reports and diaries by inspectors.
- Coordinate with contractor engineers on scheduling and resource application.
- Direct and monitor the performance of inspectors and surveyors.
- Convene special meetings with service authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and other related parties.
- Ensure compliance with safety goals and oversee safety procedures on the project.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings and maintain files on designated formats.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience in design, site supervision, and construction management of Electrical projects in Dubai.
- Proficiency in reviewing material submissions, analyzing reports, conducting acceptance sampling plans, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Experience with government authorities such as RTA, DEWA, and DM.
- Fully computer literate; capable of utilizing technology for record maintenance and report generation.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Thorough knowledge of DEWA & RTA regulations and standards.
- Proven management capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Must be available in the UAE/Dubai.
