Project Overview: The company is renowned for its extensive experience in managing complex airport projects. In the GCC region, we have played significant roles in several international airports. We are looking for candidates with backgrounds in aviation or complex publicly accessible building projects to provide consultancy services for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh.
Major Responsibilities: - Support the lead discipline engineer in coordinating technical resolutions and ensuring compliance by contractors. - Monitor contractor work compliance and report on project status, schedule, and change management. - Assist the Lead Engineer with site-based technical coordination with contractors and other stakeholders. - Review schedules and ensure construction work fronts are continuously available. - Verify compliance with permit and license requirements. - Organize meetings, document proceedings, and follow up on actions. - Ensure all materials and equipment on-site comply with international standards and specifications.
Education and Experience Requirements: - Required: Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience. - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines. - Previous experience in the Middle East is highly preferred.
