Position

The company is seeking an Electrical Field Engineer to join the Project Field Engineering (PFE) group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time on-site role involves supporting work planning and packaging, material management, quantity verification and validation, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing, and the coordination of system turnover.

You will collaborate closely with the Lead Electrical Field Engineer and ensure that field engineering activities are completed safely and conform to quality standards and project requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the lead discipline engineer in coordinating technical resolutions and contractor compliance.
  • Collaborating across disciplines and with Engineering to provide timely information for Construction teams.
  • Monitoring contractor compliance, reporting on project status and change management.
  • Assisting the Lead Engineer with site-based technical coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Verifying compliance with Permit and License requirements and ensuring materials meet international standards.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with other functional departments and coordinating jobsite activities.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous related work experience in the Middle East is highly preferred.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills may be beneficial but are not specified.

Note:
This position is part of a project to develop the King Salman International Airport in Riyadh, which is expected to handle a capacity of up to 120 million travelers by 2030.
