Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, wire, and solder electronic components on veroboards, copper PCBs, and control panels based on engineering schematics.
- Support the setup, integration, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems within engine test facilities.
- Assist engineers in prototyping, debugging, and validating electrical and electronic systems.
- Conduct electrical measurements using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools to verify system performance.
- Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on electrical circuits, sensors, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of wiring diagrams, schematics, test setups, and component inventories.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or certification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or test facility environment.
- Hands-on experience in circuit assembly, soldering, and electronic prototyping.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with electrical test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Basic knowledge of LabVIEW or similar tools is preferred.
