Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, operation, inspection, and maintenance of electronic and industrial control systems.
- Monitor control panels, PLC-based equipment, sensors, instrumentation, and associated electrical systems.
- Diagnose electronic and control-system faults and coordinate timely corrective maintenance.
- Supervise technicians performing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Review equipment performance and identify recurring faults requiring corrective action.
- Ensure control equipment is maintained according to applicable technical and safety procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, fault histories, and equipment documentation.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, operations, and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Required Skills
- Industrial Electronics: Ability to understand, inspect, and troubleshoot electronic equipment used in industrial environments.
- Control Systems: Working knowledge of industrial automation and equipment-control principles.
- PLC Troubleshooting: Ability to identify PLC I/O, signal, communication, and control-related faults.
- Instrumentation: Knowledge of sensors, transmitters, actuators, control signals, and industrial measuring devices.
- Maintenance & Fault Diagnosis: Ability to systematically diagnose equipment failures and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to interpret electrical and control schematics.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems and control panels.
- Experience supervising technical maintenance teams.
