Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Test, repair, convert, and troubleshoot company products to the component level.
- Provide technical support for company products to staff and customers.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively within an international team environment.
- Develop and maintain expertise in company processes and products to ensure quality and integrity.
- Train junior department personnel in troubleshooting techniques.
- Implement department objectives under the direction of your immediate supervisor.
- Model and apply company Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understand, create, and simplify company processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong English reading, technical writing, and speaking skills.
- Strong basic circuit theory. Analog and digital electronics.
- Two-year electronics engineering technology degree or equivalent.
- Basic working knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Familiarity with modern test equipment.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Background check results satisfactory to the company.
- Negative drug test result(s).
Preferred Qualifications
- Component level troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of company equipment.
- Technical presentation skills.
- Data analysis skills.
Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally.
- Sit and stand for at least 8 hours.
- Vision correctable to 20/30 or better.
