About the Role
This position delivers basic technical, administrative, and operative Compliance Collection tasks, with a focus on maintaining client compliance for exposure in the Middle East. Responsibilities include implementing, updating, and maintaining compliance throughout the year, ensuring that the sales force (SFDC) is updated, and interacting with internal partners and external clients/vendors. The role requires analyzing data and reconciling for accuracy, researching and resolving problems, and escalating difficult issues. Strong data entry and customer service skills, along with a general product knowledge, are essential. Tasks will be performed under direct instruction and close supervision, with work allocated on a daily or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. This role serves as an entry point into professional roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain client compliance for exposure in the Middle East
  • Validate client and member level compliance for new business, renewals, and new exposures
  • Monitor fall-out reports, ID card trackers, and other resources for successful enrollment into compliant plans
  • Generate statistical reports, analyze results, and manage internal processes
  • Plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Middle East compliance, particularly regarding health insurance benefits
  • Previous experience in medical insurance, compliance, or operations
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills, team building, and leadership abilities
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to understand and follow simple instructions and procedures
