About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a Dubai-based brokerage specializing in residential and commercial properties across both secondary and off-plan markets. The firm leverages over seven years of experience in the Dubai market and a client-first approach, aimed at delivering exceptional real estate services.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage client relationships within the Dubai real estate market
• Negotiate and close deals on premium properties with high-value clients
• Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury sales
• Experience with premium properties and high-value clients is preferred
• Proficiency in European languages is a plus
• Strong negotiation, closing, and client acquisition skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A valid UAE driving license is required
