Key Responsibilities
🔹 Development (70%)
- Design, develop, and optimize Elasticsearch-based solutions (v8.0+)
- Implement and manage Logstash pipelines for log ingestion and transformation
- Build advanced Kibana dashboards and visualizations
- Configure and manage Index Lifecycle Management (ILM) policies
- Implement scalable log management frameworks across applications and microservices
- Integrate APM solutions for performance monitoring
- Optimize search performance, indexing strategies, and cluster architecture
🔹 Administration (30%)
- Manage and maintain Elastic clusters in production environments
- Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability
- Support on-call rosters and production issue resolution
- Deploy and manage Elastic infrastructure in AWS environments
- Work with Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized Elastic deployments
- Handle upgrades, scaling, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Elasticsearch (v8.0 or above) for both Development & Administration
- Advanced pipeline development and log parsing with Logstash
- Dashboard creation and visualization expertise using Kibana
- Experience with Index Lifecycle Management (ILM)
- Cloud-native experience with AWS
- Managing Elastic clusters in containerized environments using Kubernetes (K8s)
- Experience managing Elastic Servers in production
Domain Expertise (Mandatory Experience With)
