Embedded Software Engineer

The Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software for avionics systems, flight control systems, and other aerospace applications. This role will involve implementing software for real-time systems, ensuring that critical functions operate with minimal latency and high reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for avionics systems and aerospace applications.
• Implement software for real-time systems to ensure high reliability.
• Integrate software components into hardware systems and conduct rigorous testing for functionality and safety compliance.
• Develop safety-critical software in accordance with industry standards such as DO-178C and DO-254.
• Optimize code for memory usage, power efficiency, and performance while adhering to coding standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of software design, code, test plans, and test results.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, system engineers, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in aerospace or safety-critical industries.
• Hands-on expertise in C and C++ programming languages for embedded systems.
• In-depth experience with microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM, STM32) and low-level hardware interfacing.
