Embedded Software Engineer with HW Schematic Design Experience

We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. If you thrive on challenges and have expertise in embedded system development as well as hardware schematic design, we want to hear from you! This position requires a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in embedded systems and proficiency in hardware schematic design, with a preference for candidates experienced in using Altium Designer.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Embedded Linux, including device drivers and BSP (Board Support Package).
• Strong expertise in programming languages: Python, C, and C++.
• Experience in communication protocols such as SPI, USB, UART, and I2C.
• Skilled in developing unit tests for software validation and proficient in system-level debugging techniques.
• Experience in writing low-level drivers, handling interrupt service routines, and hardware troubleshooting/debugging.
• Knowledgeable in power and performance optimization strategies and thermal management in embedded systems.
• Experience with wireless communication technologies and an understanding of security principles in wireless communication.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration processes using tools like Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong grasp of design principles, effective communication skills, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
