About the Job:
We are looking for a Telco Account Solution Architect to join our Telco Tech Sales team in UAE. In this role, you will play a key part in the local Telco sales teams to develop and promote opportunities and business within key Tier-1 Telco accounts in the region. Your main responsibilities will include helping customers invest in infrastructure that maximizes flexibility and enables quicker and more reliable delivery of IT and telecommunications services. You will engage with Telco accounts, demonstrating how the company solutions meet their needs.
You will collaborate with the Business Development team, account managers, and solutions/domain architects to define plans, tactics, and strategies to support customers in applying the company technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evangelize the value of the company Solutions.
- Collaborate with the Global Account Manager and team to address customer needs.
- Define, document, present, and demonstrate the capabilities of the company’s product portfolio for telecommunications providers in both NFV and OSS/BSS.
- Position the company as a strategic vendor in the telecommunications ecosystem.
- Deliver expert-level presentations and demonstrations for the company products in Telco IT operations and networks.
- Lead technical responses to RFx processes.
- Design value-driven architectures and present their application and ROI.
- Contribute to the growth and development of account relationships and business partnerships.
What You Will Bring:
- Extensive knowledge of the Telco industry, technologies, and market insights.
- Solid technical skills in IT technologies used in Telcos, including Virtualization, Cloud, and Microservices.
- Understanding of new technologies such as 5G, RAN, IoT, SDN, NFV, OSS/BSS.
- Excellent presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly.
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to change.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Motivation and results-oriented performance under fast-paced conditions.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and written).
