Position

The CRM Senior Specialist role will support our omni-channel demand generation engine and CRM ecosystem. This position will drive the performance of 12+ ecommerce websites and apps. The specialist will own the CRM channel and manage the set-up and ongoing support of CRM. This includes collaboration with the CRM team, Trade Team, and the Brand Marketing team to ensure that campaigns are fully integrated across the marketing communications mix.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns through Braze.
  • Implement CRM campaigns across email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ensure that email content and layouts are optimized for various devices to enhance user experience.
  • Manage the marketing newsletters, from content planning to creation, testing, on-time deployment, and analysis.
  • Assist in market, segment, and customer research and analysis.
  • Work with the marketing team and the BI team to develop customized offers and promotions.
  • Oversee the utilization and performance of CRM tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish email performance benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance.
