About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a sufficient number of activities to deliver outcomes aligned with the International Wealth and Private Banking (IWPB) strategy through a need-based selling approach. You will focus on the acquisition of quality business and delivering excellent customer service. Collaborating closely with the EWS Corporate Account Manager, you will aim to improve the company's market share within a select group of approximately 800 Employee Workplace Solution (EWS) companies. This role entails managing customer expectations through service clinics, open days, regular meetings, and enhanced engagement, making the company the preferred banking partner for these companies.

In this role, you will:
- Meet performance expectations primarily across Acquisitions and Revolving, in addition to non-financial KPIs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees of assigned companies, fulfilling banking needs related to Acquisitions, Revolving, and referring Borrowing needs (Personal loans and Mortgages).
- Collaborate with colleagues from Corporate, EWS Corporate Account Management, and EWS Loan Specialists to drive improved engagement and penetration with these approved companies.
- Share a holistic view of the company's capabilities with the customer across Wealth, International Banking Corridors, and Private Banking, ensuring appropriate referrals to respective businesses.
- Promote and encourage companies to utilize Financial Wellbeing sessions for their employees.
- Adhere to Group standards of Compliance and internal controls, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.
- Build high standards of customer service, efficiency, and expected levels of productivity.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Complete understanding of IWPB products, propositions, and services, along with the ability to communicate this effectively to customers.
- Experience in dealing with emerging affluent and affluent customers while proposing products and services.
- Proven ability to develop a networking strategy and achieve activity and outcome goals.
- Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions, and offers.
- Ability to manage high-net-worth clients effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good team player.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capacity for an effective and seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills for management.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Awareness of risk considerations.
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit; if your degree is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also required (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside the UAE).
