Additionally, you will collaborate with the EWS Loan Specialist to manage borrowing customers effectively.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Meet performance expectations primarily in Acquisitions and Revolving, along with non-financial KPIs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees of assigned companies to fulfill their banking needs across Acquisitions and Revolving, as well as manage borrowing needs (Personal Loans and Mortgages).
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Corporate, EWS CAM, and EWS Loan Specialists to drive engagement and penetration within these approved companies.
  • Ensure that a holistic view of the company's capabilities is shared with customers across Wealth Management, International Banking, and Private Banking, making appropriate referrals to respective business areas.
  • Promote and encourage companies to utilize Financial Wellbeing sessions for their employees.
  • Maintain compliance with Group standards and internal controls with a zero tolerance for misconduct.
  • Build high standards of customer service along with efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of IWPB products, propositions, and services, including global service standards, and the ability to communicate these effectively to customers.
  • Experience working with emerging affluent and affluent customers, proposing relevant products and services.
  • Proven ability to develop a networking strategy and achieve activity and outcome goals.
  • Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions, and offers.
  • Ability to manage high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • A good team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of effectively handing over customer relationships to colleagues with appropriate expertise.
  • Strong customer service orientation and risk awareness.
  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit; if your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory.
