Employee Workplace Solutions Advisor

About the Job: The company is seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team. In this role, you will help customers manage, protect, and grow their wealth through a need-based selling approach. Your responsibilities will include maintaining activities that align with the IWPB strategy, driving customer service excellence, and managing customer expectations. You will collaborate with colleagues to improve penetration within approximately 800 EWS companies and enhance the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees of assigned companies, fulfilling their banking needs across various product categories.
• Work collaboratively with Corporate Account Managers and Loan Specialists to improve engagement with approved companies.
• Promote and drive the utilization of financial wellbeing sessions among employees.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

• Complete understanding of IWPB products and services, and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience dealing with affluent clients, with a proven ability to achieve activity and outcome goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Graduation degree is required to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
