Key Job Responsibilities

Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing equipment prior to an event
Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audio-visual equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly
Comply with all Company security and safety measures
Provide excellent service and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers
Be a leader, mentor and coach for other Technicians on delivering world-class service philosophy

Customer Service

Maintain a positive relationship with all clients
Meet with guests on site to ensure their needs are met
Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day

Technical Ability

Demonstrate advanced operational ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with equipment and software issues
Anticipate equipment challenges and changes in a timely manner

Systems Knowledge

Understand company processes and procedures
Drive revenue through floor up-selling techniques
Work with clients to finalize invoices
