Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing equipment prior to an event
• Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audio-visual equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly
• Comply with all Company security and safety measures
• Provide excellent service and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers
• Be a leader, mentor and coach for other Technicians on delivering world-class service philosophy

Customer Service

• Maintain a positive relationship with all clients
• Meet with guests on site to ensure their needs are met
• Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day

Technical Ability

• Demonstrate advanced operational ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with equipment and software issues
• Anticipate equipment challenges and changes in a timely manner

Systems Knowledge

• Understand company processes and procedures
• Drive revenue through floor up-selling techniques
• Work with clients to finalize invoices
