Position

As an End to End Technical Manager, you will provide technical oversight and operational management across the customer’s entire network infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with Local L2/Subject Matter Experts, as well as Local and remote Network Operations Center (NOC) teams, and multi-vendor partners to ensure high service availability and end-to-end performance. Your role will encompass incident and problem management, preventive care, automation, and service optimization, all aimed at ensuring smooth network operations and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical operations across Core, RAN, Transport, and IP domains, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
  • Drive incident, problem, fault, and change management, focusing on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
  • Provide 2nd level support for escalated incidents and manage escalations to vendor L3 support.
  • Ensure 24x7 operational continuity and optimize performance through proactive fault prevention.
  • Oversee integration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of multi-vendor network elements.
  • Support project execution in rollout, migration, and transition-to-operations activities.
  • Act as the single point of technical contact between the company, customers, and third-party vendors.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reports to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in telecom operations or technical management, preferably in a Managed Services environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecom, or Computer Engineering.
  • Proven experience leading multi-domain operations and service assurance.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SLA management, and service delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.
  • Experience in multi-vendor environments.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and data analytics platforms.
