Position

As an E2E Technical Manager, you will provide technical oversight and operational management across the customer’s entire network infrastructure. You’ll work closely with Local L2/Subject Matter Experts, Local and remote NOC teams, and multi-vendor partners to ensure high service availability and end-to-end performance. Your role will include:

  • Leading and managing E2E technical operations across Core, RAN, Transport, and IP domains, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
  • Providing 2nd level support for escalated incidents and managing escalations to vendor L3 support.
  • Ensuring 24x7 operational continuity and continuous performance optimization.
  • Overseeing the integration and lifecycle management of multi-vendor network elements.
  • Supporting project execution and managing E2E testing and operational handover.
  • Acting as the single point of technical contact between Nokia, customers, and third-party vendors.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive KPI dashboards, RCA summaries, and performance reports.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in telecom operations or technical management, preferably within a Managed Services environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Telecom, or Computer Engineering.
  • Proven experience leading multi-domain operations and service assurance.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, fault management, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SLA management, and service delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.
  • Hands-on experience in multi-vendor environments and integration challenges.
  • Working knowledge of automation tools, OSS systems, and data analytics platforms.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is typically expected; additional language skills may be advantageous.
