Endpoint Security Engineer

As an Endpoint Security Engineer, you will manage and maintain security devices, tools, and products implemented at ADIB. Your day-to-day responsibilities include regularly monitoring security logs and events for IT security devices to identify and proactively detect actual or potential attacks on the ADIB network, responding to attack attempts and containing incidents, and following security hardening baselines and guidelines while generating necessary reports. You will also be on-call for critical alerts/issues reported outside of working hours, weekends, and public holidays, and responsible for escalating issues to the Manager of IT Security Operations as needed. Compliance with published policies and procedures, such as PMO, ITIL processes, and ISO 9001 & 27001, as well as ADIB processes related to IT, is essential. You will strive to achieve satisfactory audit results with no high risk findings.

Key Accountabilities include managing, maintaining, and monitoring security devices, configuring devices according to best practices and vendor guidelines, performing health checks, troubleshooting technical issues, proactively monitoring against vulnerabilities, and providing Level 2 support for any security incidents escalated by the Command Center.

For this role, proficiency in Microsoft 365, strong problem-solving skills, and basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols are required. This role is integral to maintaining the security posture of ADIB and supporting its international expansion efforts.
