What You’ll Do
As a Manager, you will manage modules of a project or designated scope in client billable project work. Your role will involve:
- Problem solving through data gathering, problem structuring, and independently forming insights and actions from analyses with a holistic view of the engagement.
- Coaching team members to build complex financial, operational, or market models applying your Excel and financial proficiency.
- Laying out problem-solving approaches and structures by translating project scope, identifying required analyses, and establishing critical paths of work under the framework.
- Delivering high-quality output while balancing delegation of duties versus “doing the work” under challenging engagement conditions, connecting findings to strategic and operational recommendations.
- Leveraging your communication and presentation skills to convey assignments and direction to internal project teams, communicate with project leadership, and engage with clients.
- Providing formal coaching to junior staff.
- Structuring and presenting analyses and deliverables with limited support from the engagement lead and being capable of covering senior team roles or client interactions when needed.
- Managing small module teams by identifying time scales, understanding priorities and resource requirements, and dynamically making decisions on delegation and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Playing an essential role in the career development of junior staff by coaching and providing constructive feedback.
- Supporting Senior Managing Directors from a commercial standpoint by developing intellectual capital (e.g., white papers) and client pitches and proposals while identifying areas of focus and leads from existing projects.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in a professional services firm.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or experience in a Telecom, Media & Technology company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration degree or equivalent.
