We are seeking an experienced F110-GE-129 Engine Tracking Database System Engineer to support the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). This high-profile position is part of the Contractor Engineering and Technical Support team dedicated to a U.S. Air Force Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will coordinate fleet-wide engine tracking and maintenance data collection from multiple base locations, depot supply, and external depot module repair centers. This is a one-year assignment with an option to renew, based at the Royal Saudi Arabian Air Force Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist RSAF Engine Tracking personnel in the correct utilization of the Engine Tracking Database System (ETDS), monitor their work accomplishment, and provide local ETDS troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Provide system support and enhancements requiring Oracle programming skills.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the system by coordinating fleet-wide engine tracking and maintenance data collection from three base locations, depot supply, and the external Depot module repair center.
- Leverage the system to assist with fleet-wide logistics planning and support, including data extraction and custom report generation.
- Demonstrate flexibility and excellent communication skills while supporting customer logistics planning requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and ten (10) years of directly related experience, OR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certification(s) in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of actual hands-on experience with the Engine Tracking Database System and experience on the F110-GE-129 engine.
- Prior experience as an F110-GE-129 Engine Tracking Database System (ETDS) Administrator.
Technical Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of F110-GE-129 engine configuration, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) tracking, and required inspections.
- Detailed understanding of the design and operation of the RSAF Oracle and SQL database system.
- Sufficient Oracle programming skills to undertake system support and enhancement, with at least one (1) year of Oracle experience and understanding of SQL, SQL Report Writer, and SQL Forms.
- Adequate understanding of the operating system, Microsoft Office suite, and networking (TCP/IP).

Pay Range:
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
