Responsibilities

• Solid background in software development/data analysis/data engineering
• Strong Python coding skills
• Working with big data frameworks such as Spark and related tools
• Web crawling, data cleaning, data annotation, data ingestion, and data processing
• Creating and maintaining end-to-end AI/ML/data workloads and pipelines
• Continual focus on process improvement
• Support the development and maintenance of AI expert systems and dockerized ML API microservices
• Provide insights into key business performance metrics
• Support the wider business with their data needs on an ad hoc basis

Skills and Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in AI/ML/DS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of programming experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, Docker, REST APIs, PyTorch, Transformers, sklearn, and other AI/ML frameworks/libraries
• Good corporate capacity and communication skills
• Knowledge of machine learning and big data analytics techniques
• Strong AI, analytical, and data visualization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with large language models, particularly transformer architectures
• Experience with models like GPT, BERT, and their variants
• Master’s degree in related fields is desirable
• Experience with Web crawling and cleaning is a plus
• Experience with solution architecture, data ingestion, query optimization, AWS, EC2, S3, SQS, lambda, Elasticsearch, CI/CD frameworks, and workflows is a plus
• Knowledge of data platform concepts and best practices in data processing systems and infrastructure is a plus
