Engineer, Business Planning

This role aims to prepare overall maintenance and shutdown plans, using monitoring and controlling tools to ensure the smooth execution of Maintenance schemes, Shutdowns, and Activities while providing essential support to team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborates with various stakeholders (Integrity/Production/projects/Maintenance Support, etc.) to prepare shutdown plans and work programs aligned with the Company's Business Plan.
• Produces, develops, and updates the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan, which includes engineering & maintenance schemes, barge/boat plans, WHT campaigns, major inspections/overhauls, and shutdown plans.
• Develops and maintains plans for maintenance barges.
• Prepares and monitors the major maintenance budget and related phasing.
• Develops worklists for WHT Major Maintenance and execution schedules for maintenance campaigns.
• Monitors deviations from work programs, reporting impacts to team leaders, and recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:
  • 5-6 years of experience in multi-discipline planning of Engineering and Maintenance activities in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Proficient in English.
