About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong understanding of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and KSA Authority Guidelines, standards, and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive grasp of dry utilities and infrastructure project requirements from the concept master plan stage to the Issued for Construction (IFC) stage. A solid infrastructure engineering background with prior experience in infrastructure projects is essential. You will need to be well-versed in the requirements for various substations, including primary substations, EHV, HV & LV corridors, distribution and pocket substations, feeder pillars, service turrets, and HV networks up to 33kV, along with LV networks and capability in calculations and report writing. Major responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and implementing telecommunication infrastructure network design, including ducts and manholes, along with knowledge of GSM tower coverage requirements.
- Designing street lighting for all types of roads, encompassing ROW, lighting calculations, single line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, and landscape lighting branch wiring.
- Coordinating with other disciplines such as wet utilities, roads, transportation, landscape, and building teams.
