About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of the guidelines, standards, and requirements set by authorities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and KSA. The candidate should possess a full understanding of dry utilities and infrastructure project requirements, from the concept masterplan stage to the Issued for Construction (IFC) stage. A solid infrastructure engineering background, with previous experience on infrastructure projects, is essential. The role involves understanding the requirements for primary substations, EHV, HV & LV corridors, distribution substations, pocket substations, feeder pillars, and service turrets, as well as HV networks up to 33kV, LV networks, calculations, and report writing skills.

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing telecommunication infrastructure network including ducts, manholes, and knowledge of GSM tower coverage requirements.
- Designing street lighting for all types of roads, including right-of-way (ROW), lighting calculations, single-line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, landscape lighting branch wiring, etc.
- Coordinating with other disciplines such as wet, roads, transportation, landscape, and building teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
