Key Accountability Areas
Responsibility:
- Review project electrical documents, including methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule.
- Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments, etc., ensuring compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, and local and international standards.
- Oversee and inspect site installation work on a daily basis; witness tests, identify non-compliance with construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures.
- Coordinate daily with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document, and report quality issues of work performed by sub-contractors, providing and suggesting corrective actions.
- Ensure that all construction activities run smoothly on site and review progress.
- Conduct technical meetings and maintain constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.

- Uphold quality standards for all electrical activities as outlined in the project quality plan.

- Train subordinates and form a team to effectively achieve tasks.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate tasks to subordinates for respective assignments, ensuring fair distribution of work to maintain morale and motivation.
- Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide periodic reports detailing deviations from plans and the execution of tasks.
- Resolve any arising problems and escalate complex operational issues as necessary.
- Ensure quality requirements by developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products or related activities.
- Coordinate well-defined systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities where possible.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined work area, ensuring safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Freshers with 0-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
