This position is crucial for delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective Facility Management (FM) projects across various facilities. The engineer will control scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk to protect operations, enhance asset performance, and ensure compliant handover.
WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER

Project Delivery:
- Deliver FM capital, renovation, infrastructure, and improvement projects adhering to approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE standards.
- Drive execution from requirements and design review through to commissioning, handover, and close-out.

Technical Quality:
- Approve practical, maintainable civil and multidisciplinary solutions.
- Validate technical submissions, inspections, testing, defects, and handover records.

Cost, Risk & Compliance:
- Control budgets, claims, variations, schedule risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce HSE, permit-to-work, regulatory, and building-code requirements.

Contractor & Stakeholder Performance:
- Drive contractor delivery with a focus on safety, quality, resourcing, and contractual performance.
- Align FM, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Finance, users, and service providers on key decisions.

Performance Improvement:
- Report on progress, risks, and actions in a clear manner. Capture lessons learned and standardize effective delivery practices.

- Projects delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.
- Facilities handed over complete, compliant, and ready for operation.
- Proactive resolution of risks, variations, and contractor gaps.
- Clear reporting supports quick decision-making and improves future delivery.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Architectural, or Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FM project delivery, engineering coordination, or construction supervision.
- Experience in renovation, fit-out, infrastructure, maintenance, or service-improvement projects.
