In this role, you will act as a second level of support for the fault & problem management process, operating proactively across all the company Transport Networks which host various systems and services within the company Data Centers, Core, Aggregation, and points of interconnects. Your key responsibilities will include providing timely support and troubleshooting for issues in Fixed Access and Aggregation domains, analyzing performance reports, meeting service owners to understand their needs, managing daily Trouble Tickets as per operational policies, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and collaborating with planning teams on capacity and design issues. You will also implement patches and updates to resolve potential bugs or performance issues.

Key Accountabilities:
- Provide timely support for all issues in Fixed Access and Aggregation domains, ensuring IP connectivity.
- Perform analysis of performance reports to proactively prevent issues.
- Meet with service owners to understand problems and respond to queries.
- Manage daily Trouble Tickets following operational policies.
- Maintain documentation and diagrams of devices and solutions for troubleshooting purposes.
- Collaborate with planning teams on capacity, upgrades, and design issues.
- Implement updates to service delivery platforms and Data-Centers network devices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical, network engineering or IT.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
- Experience with Unix and Infra Virtual Platforms as System Admin.
- Knowledge of security protocols and application flow management.
Experience:
- 7+ years in IP Networking within telecommunications.
- Proficient in Routing/Switching Layer 2 & 3 protocols and high-level OSI/TCP/IP layers.
- Experience with Cisco, Nokia, and Huawei Routers/Switches.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex problems in a stressful environment.
