Responsibilities
As a Product Service Engineer, you will:
- Respond to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, using your technical product knowledge and analytical skills while adhering to engineering principles, standards, practices, and procedures. Escalate issues as required, acting as the liaison between field and design engineering to address technical challenges and help identify corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their technical issues and requirements are understood and addressed promptly.
- Lead and manage root cause analysis and investigation activities for product technical issues, interfacing with Product Service, System, and Design Engineering teams to provide technical leadership supporting projects aimed at resolving customer issues.
- Prepare technical presentations for leadership and customers, ensuring significant issues are communicated effectively.
- Travel to customer locations to:
- Support technical review meetings and present recommendations to demonstrate commitment to technical solutions
- Assist during unplanned/forced outages to meet reliability and availability goals
- Provide commercial teams with technical support for sales and service proposal activities.
- Plan and provide technical oversight to Contractual Services and Field Services teams during planned outages to achieve reliability and availability goals.
- Partner with Design Engineering teams, interfacing with external and internal suppliers to facilitate the logistical implementation of Fleet Program technical solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electronics/control & instrumentation, electrical & electronics) or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in design engineering or operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heavy-duty gas turbines and associated auxiliaries.
- Willingness to travel at short notice 20 to 25% of the time.
- Availability to work during weekends for emergency technical support.
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or legal restrictions.

- A self-starter with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, including familiarity with applicable engineering tools and systems.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic speaking skills are preferred.
